Not only do you keep abreast of the very latest and cutting edge treatment options, you have consistently gone the extra mile time and time again by giving extra treatments, investing significant extra time and effort to find ways to help us control our cost of treatments and willingly answering phone calls to help us even late at night. Although Pat continues to struggle with significant health issues, she is able to have hope for improvement because she has experienced your extraordinary and exemplary quality care. Without (Daniel Phend’s) remarkable insight and depth of concern for us as people and not merely patients it is highly doubtful Pat would be able to carry on a relatively active life. In fact she would either have to be in a constant care facility or be fighting a losing battle with a terminal disease.
